No Returns Accepted
Please note that we do not accept returns on any products. Due to the nature of our items and compliance with agricultural and health regulations, all sales are final.
Refunds
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you may be eligible for a refund or new product.
Just payment for shipping is required to send a new product.
To request a refund, please email us at Chris@CloneToHome.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

A clear photo of the item (including damage or issue)

A brief description of the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Failure to follow proper clone care instructions after delivery

Orders delayed or returned due to incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
